Soldeu Ski Lessons
The Soldeu ski school is renowned for the excellent level of tuition they provide, from absolute beginner right through to advanced level. The school offers a variety of expert tuition including group lessons, private lessons, adaptive lessons and specialised workshops.
The Soldeu ski school is run by Grandvalira, who operate all the ski and snowboard schools in the valley and offers not only English speaking instructors but lots of instructors originating from the UK. Making communication during lessons much easier for British and Irish visitors. Andorra, in general, has quickly become renowned as a leading destination for ski and snowboard instruction and Soldeu is no exception; it has some fantastic instructors qualified to the highest level, with a huge amount of experience and knowledge to help you improve.
The Soldeu ski school office can be found at the top of the Soldeu gondola, just over to the right as you step onto the slopes.

Information About Soldeu Ski School
Skiers
There are four ability levels for skiers. Before you go to your first lesson, you should attempt to grade yourself as when you check-in at the ski school office you need to go to the appropriate window. Don't worry if you're not 100% sure as the instructors will make sure you get into a suitable group once the lessons start. Each of the four categories will be broken down into further levels at the beginning of the week so you will be in a group with people of a similar ability.
- Beginners: Never skied before
- Level 1 (Green/Blue)
- Level 2 (Blue/Red)
- Level 3 (Red/Black)
Separate classes are arranged for children. If you have children you should check-in at the family window so that you are all assigned to the same lesson times.
When you join group ski school in Soldeu, you get the opportunity to enter a race at the end of the week. For a small fee, you get entered into a timed race and a fantastic souvenir photograph and lanyard, plus if you win your category you receive a winners medal to take home with you!
Group Ski School
Group ski lessons in Soldeu are available for durations of three to five days starting on Mondays, or we have weekend lessons for two days starting each Saturday.
In busy weeks classes run in both mornings and afternoons but in quieter weeks all the group lessons will be in the morning. Lesson times are assigned at the time of booking, all lessons booked will be morning until the allocation is full, then they will switch to the afternoon. Once you are assigned to the morning or afternoon ski school this will be your slot for the week and can not be changed. Morning lessons are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are the quickest way to progress your skills on the slopes; the focused one-to-one attention will allow you to concentrate on specific elements of your technique, tailored individually to you. A private instructor in Soldeu can be booked from just one person up to a maximum of six people.
